Wydman & Associates personally interviews each candidate before they are referred to the client. Since our organization recruits nationally, this includes candidates who are located outside our headquartered office in Richardson, TX. There may be exceptions to this, which would be discussed in advance of the search. When travel expenses are incurred, Wydman & Associates absorbs the costs.
Resumes are not sent to our clients until the final list of candidates is determined.
