Initiate
Search Campaign
Our search campaign includes recruiting, contacting referral
sources, and targeted advertising. These processes produce a
comprehensive list of candidates. Wydman & Associates,
Inc. absorbs the cost of advertising.
Candidate Identification & Preliminary Evaluation
This process involves screening candidates to narrow the
choices to those who best reflect the requirements and
quality desired.
Face to Face Candidate Interviews and Evaluation
Wydman &
Associates, Inc.
personally interviews each candidate before they are
referred to the client. Since our organization recruits
nationally, this would include candidates who are located
outside our headquartered office in Richardson, TX. There
may be exceptions to this, which would be discussed in
advance of the search. When travel expenses are incurred,
Wydman & Associates, Inc., will absorb the costs.
Résumé's
Résumé's are not sent to our clients until the final list of
candidates is determined.
Review the Final Candidates
This review is done with the hiring manager and interviews
are scheduled.
Conduct Complete Reference Checks of Final Candidates
This check incorporates discussions with supervisors,
subordinates and peers, as well as verification of academic
credentials
Aid With Negotiations
This helps to eliminate any misunderstandings regarding
compensation and other important issues.
Guarantee
Hires are guaranteed for six months for our client’s that
work exclusively with us. If a new hire leaves your
organization within 90 days of the hire date for any reason
other than a company-initiated reduction in force, Wydman
& Associates, Inc., will replace that person at no
additional fee. If the new hire leaves after 90 days but
within the 6-month guarantee time frame, Wydman &
Associates, Inc. will only charge expenses for the
search replacement.
