Mr. Nelson
is a graduate of the Liberal Arts School of the Texas A&M
University with over 25 years of Business and Law
Enforcement experience.
His business
background includes sales and sales management
responsibilities for Xerox Corporation, American Brands,
Moore Business Forms, and the Gillette Company.
Mr. Nelson
also has 19 years of Law Enforcement experience including
command level responsibility. He is an experienced and
licensed investigator, having worked with numerous cases
including homicide, burglary, child abuse, fraud, and
criminal intelligence. And he has worked with numerous
local and federal agencies such as ATF, DEA, Department of
Justice and the US Secret Service.
Since 1992,
Mr. Nelson has been the Owner/General Manager of Accutrak
Professional Investigative Services, a licensed
investigation company specializing in background
investigation, pre-employment screening and general
investigative services. He has been a frequent speaker and
guest instructor at seminars and national associations
dealing with a variety of related topics, such as negligent
hiring liability issues, professional employee screening and
background investigations, etc. He is a member of the
National Association of Legal Investigators and the North
Texas Private Investigators Association.
