-That sometimes if you are just quiet enough and let the world slow down a little, that everything just seems right if only for a few minutes?
-That I secretly miss high school? And high school football? (Well maybe not so secretly)

Why Recruiting?
Recruiting is a sales and people business. I'm not a very good sales person but I love people and I have tons of drive (I got that from my momma). I am more of the process guy. I am always asking how can we be more efficient? How can we do that better? Why do we do it that way? I like to see continuous improvement and the recruiting arena can stand for a lot of improvement.

Always use the right tool for the job. If I can teach my son that one simple lesson and he really gets it, his life will be much better. Too many times in life we tackle a problem with the wrong tool in hand and spend far too much energy to get the result we desire. |
